Shipping Methods

If your purchase includes an online recording / Zoom Meeting or instructional materials, it will be delivered to you within the prescribed time given when purchasing.

For Potion Shop items:

Please expect 3-5 business days for orders to be packed & shipped. All orders are sent USPS priority mail, which includes $50 insurance. If you need your order in a more timely manner, please reach out to me directly.

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Packages

Before filling out Shipping information, please be certain to add your FULL address. If packages are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to re-send items.

If your order is damaged or stolen, please keep ALL material. Once a package is brought to the post office, USPS is responsible for all lost or damaged orders.  

What does this mean for you?

  • Priority Shipping gives you $50 of insurance through USPS. If you wish to have more than $50 of insurance, you will need to choose the ‘USPS Priority + Extra Insurance’ option.

  • USPS policy requires that you save your entire damaged package, including the box/envelope, packaging, the broken item, etc and bring it to USPS upon request for inspection. If you get a damaged item and throw away anything before you make a claim, you will not be reimbursed by USPS.

  • If you have a lost, damaged, or stolen package: Click here to file a claim with USPS.

To Exchange or Return

If you have purchased a wellness // energy session with Angelica and wish to cancel 24 hours in advance, please contact angelicammerritt@gmail.com. If you have already completed your session, it is non-refundable.

For all LIVE classes, workshops, and programs, you may also cancel within 24 hours of ordering to receive a full refund. Please e-mail angelicammerritt@gmail.com to cancel in this situation.

If you have already received the class + materials, I am not issuing returns for this situation.

For Potion Shop orders: All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me!
